By accessing or using Real Size Ruler (realsizeruler.com) or embedding our ruler widget, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.
2. Permitted & Acceptable Use
Real Size Ruler is provided for personal, educational, professional drafting, and design utility purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt or overwhelm our infrastructure, launch automated scrapers with malicious intent, or reverse-engineer the platform for deceptive imitation.
3. Calibration & Accuracy Disclaimer
Real Size Ruler is a screen-based utility tool. While engineered for sub-pixel physical precision, measurement accuracy depends on correct user calibration, hardware reporting, and proper device scaling. REAL SIZE RULER IS NOT A CERTIFIED METROLOGY INSTRUMENT. It must NEVER be used as a primary measurement device for life-critical, medical, structural engineering, architectural safety, legal metrology, or aerospace applications where certified calibrated laboratory tools are required.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Real Size Ruler, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from errors in measurement, material cutting discrepancies, manufacturing defects, or reliance on information provided on this site.
5. Embeddable Widget Terms
You are welcome to embed the Real Size Ruler widget on your website or educational application via iframe. You must retain standard attribution, refrain from altering the widget to mislead users, and avoid framing the widget inside malicious or fraudulent contexts.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
